RETURN POLICY

We understand that not all orders will work out. We have a 14 day refund policy.

 

In order to have an item refunded, your item must be in the same condition it was when you received it. 

To start a return, please email support@wearthesaturday.com . Please include in the email your order number and reason for return. There is a fee of $10 depending on the item for processing returns for the cost of shipping label. 

Once refund is approved and we receive the item, please allow 2-3 business days for processing back into your account. If you do not see a refund after 7 business days please email us. 

Damaged/faulty items

Damaged items must be reported by email ONLY. In the email please include your order number and and pictures of the item and we will find the best solution for you! 

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged.
